yoga Does your weight obsess you? Does the glance of the others prevent you from being yourself? You certainly are from the club of non-satisfied of their body! It is time to react, to take the bull by the horns! Relearn to love you!

Have more indulgence. The representation that you have of you is certainly inaccurate and doesn’t reflect your real appearance. It doesn’t certainly correspond to the way in which the others perceive you. Try to build a positive image of your body. For that, follow these advices:

1 – Accept you!

To be oneself, one must accept like one is. Give up the phantasm to be thin at all costs. Calculate your body mass index (BMI) based on serious scientific data. You will note most of the time that your weight is far from being excessive and even rather in normality.

2 – Think a little more to you!

One can think of oneself without being egoistic. To know to take time for oneself is essential and makes it possible to know itself better and be accepted. Make you pleasure a little, it is good for your moral!

3 – Give up the diets which don’t work

The diets which you follow regularly make you lose weight in a temporary way but a part is usually taken again. Alternation capture and weight loss can be harmful for health and cause, which is normal, a feeling of frustration and impotence which contributes to deteriorate even more the image that you have of you. Thus give up the miracles diets which promise mounts and wonders to you and choose a light but balanced food.

4 – Take pleasure to eat healthy!

Find pleasure to eat while balancing your food. Eat fruits, vegetables, cereals, fish. Choose thin dairy products, not too fatty meats. Limit the sauce dishes, the cracklings… Attention also with alcohol. Think to balancing what you eat over one day or a week. Don’t forget that moderation is the key of success and that one can also crack without that being a drama!

5 – Move!

If the sport doesn’t make lose, it contributes to maintain a stable weight. While moving, one burns more calories than when nothing is done. Then, oblige you to move: walk, bicycle, swimming in family or between friends. Good for the heart, the physical-activity is also for the spirit. To practise without moderation…

6 – Decompress!

Do yoga. Think to relaxing your body and your spirit. Take a moment to stop thinking about your problems. For that, choose a calm and pleasant place where you are feeling relaxed. Let your spirit take a walk, don’t think to nothing, give up your minds…

7 – Beautiful dress!

The care that you bring to your dress is the reflection of the regard which you have of you. For that, wear clothing in which you are feeling well and which make you beautiful. Dare the originality in the forms and the colors. Invest in your person: another hairstyle, a new color of hair… and especially don’t forget to smile: it is good for your moral and also for the people who surround you…

8 – Remain yourself!

Do things for the pleasure simply because you want to do it. Don’t try to imitate the others, don’t follow the others if you don’t want. On the contrary, be yourself, be unique, show to the world the person you really are! Express your true personality and share it with the others. To be oneself could make you and the others glad but to do like others could make you sad because you are not yourself…

    I like number 4 “Take pleasure to eat healthy!” it’s so true…there is a lot of good tasting health food out there, people just assume it all tastes like cardboard or something, I love fresh made food. Fresh prepared mexican food…mmmmm…so good!
