Here a little guide to help you to reach your goal.

First, you need to change your alimentation and to practise a physical activity, no need to make sport, you can walk daily or go to swimming-pool weekly.

Some principles

To lose weight it is necessary to know some solid principles:

- Take at least a month to lose 2 to 3 kilos;
- Prevent the pangs of hunger and tiredness;
- Follow the rules fixed at the beginning;
- Avoid the deficiencies in vitamins and minerals;
- Not use drugs;
- Keep a maximum of pleasure to eat.

To change your alimentation, it is necessary to moderately reduce calories and avoid a maximum of foods which contain sugar and fat.
You should to know what to eat and what to drink by following this rules:

- Take a light breakfast in the morning;
- If you are hungry between the meals, drink a large glass of water or coffee. You can also drink before the meal and in the middle of the meal;
- Eat meals which contain: pastes, rice, potatoes or bread. They get a feeling of satiety and bring the energy and fibres that you need. But you must limit: fatty sauces, butter, cheese, fresh cream, etc.. It is better to consume your meals naturally without sugar and fat;
- Avoid sodas, alcohols and beers but you can drink red wine (only one glass per day);
- It is better to eat at your home because if you eat to friends’s house or at the restaurants, it is more difficult to control your alimentation;
- Privilege the chickens without the skin, the fishs and the crustaceans;
- Avoid all the sauces, butter,cream, swiss cheese, eggs, pastries, sugar, chocolate, ices, cakes;
- Privilege vegetarian foods in all modes: vintages, cooked, soups;
- Eat two fruits per day not more.

Choose well the way to cooking foods:

- Meats: roasted or grilled;
- Fish: grilled, cooked in oven or microwave or in foil;
- Vegetables: with the vapor, with choked or the microwave.

Compose seasonings and sauces the least fatty possible: put a little oil, butter or cream, then use the lemon, the yoghourt and the sauce of soya, finally finish with some aromatic herbs and spices.

The power of the determination

To lose weight, it is good to know how to choose the right food and It is also useful to know the nutritional value of some foods.
It remains you to follow the rules and to resist to all temptations.
The first week is often difficult but the first lost pound is encouraging!
However the small variations are allowed only if they are exceptional.
Don’t falling into obsession from food and frustration.
Never forget your objective: lose weight, don’t be disappointed if you don’t see results immediately, it takes time to change the body.
